These are some of the pictures taken when we made our trip down to the Singapore Zoological Garden.
We can get most of the informations about the prices and what activities that singapore zoological garden offers at this web http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapore_Zoo and http://www.zoo.com.sg/whatsnew/kidzworld.htm. These 2 webs are not too bad to just refer to when we are doing our project.
Group members' reflections
___________________________________________________________________
I played as the coordinator of my group in this project.
I have put in effort to search for all the important information we needed for this project and this therefore, made me significant to the success of the project. I have also provided my group members with a variety of websites for them to take a look at before deciding which information was required. I have also made often checks if my group has been progressing smoothly. I too, helped to summarize the information. Lastly, I took the initiative to allocate jobs to my group members, to get my group going on the right path.
The problem I faced was, not being able to contact my group members as it was during the school holidays and they were out for holiday. However, what I did was to remind them about the task they had to complete.
What I have learnt from the project would be the techniques and requirements of a brochure, how to work well with my teammates and lastly, how to help my group make progression in the project as a team.

I have done various jobs in the group. Such as editing the HTML of the template and doing the Animal feeding timeline.Due to the O level chinese examination, Iwas not be able to attend the outting to the zoo.But I did went to the zoo not long ago and my memory is still fresh so I applied it.During the holiday, I went abroad and not be able to keep up with my group members.
To keep track with them, during the day I came back, I glance through the information that was searched went we had our first meeting. And Joslynn assigned me with the making of animal feeding timeline.
The problem faced was not be able to contact my group members to update with the project blog. But once I was back I did my part to improve our project.
Lastly I have learnt that doing a project, teamwork is the most important value. Knowing to accept other members' suggestions and make the project perfect. And apply your knowledge whenever there is a need such as HTML which is what I have learnt and applied it during the editing of the blog skin.

In this assignment, I’ve asked from my mother for the zoo card where we can get free admission to the zoo.
I played a small role as an editor.
Being an editor, I had to summarize the information found by my teammates, as well as find some photos to upload onto our blog. This contribution is quite important as the school takes plagiarism very seriously. I was also aided by my teammates through the process of editing.
The problems I encountered were the difficulty of contacting my teammates. In many occasions, we wanted to have an online discussion but we were either busy or out of town. This problem was solved when our coordinator allocate tasks for us to do so as to complete it on time.
I have learnt that in any group assignments, teamwork is very important. We must take the effort to do the best in everything so that your teammates’ efforts will not be wasted. I have also learnt that we must learn about the history and find out information about the place we are visiting so that our trip will not be in vain.
